"State Farm is not the insurance they have. They are liars when they did a rate change last year. They told me it was because of inflation and now they have done another rate change and they’re telling me that it’s because of inflation again my insurance was $91 and then the first time they raised it they raised 100 bucks Actually 125 before the discounts and then now they raise it again State Farm doesn’t care about the guy all they care about is filling their pockets."

"I have been a policy holder with this agency for a number of years. Due to an extreme illness in the family, it was necessary for me to place my automobile in storage. When I notified the agency of my situation they lowered my coverage. Due to my car going to storage, I was told it only needed minimal coverage. Since the date of purchase my car has had a lien on the vehicle and the agent missed this information. Due to the wrong information provided I was charged $744.00 for insurance by the lien holder for 3 months coverage due to no collision coverage. This was required because of the lien on the car and due to the wrong information given me. I contacted the Julia Lo agency in November when the error was brought to my attention by the lien holder. Long story short no follow up was completed. Proof of coverage was needed by the lien holder for the months of September through November 17, 2023. After recently speaking to the manager of the J. Lo agency who was unable to assist me I requested contact with Julia Lo twice. I have received no contact to date. I no longer recommend this agency."

"I am impressed with Julia's office. I searched for a better quote online. Julia (her office) emailed me and mailed me a quote. I requested to speak with someone. They called right away. The entire conversation was pleasant. My agent Samantha answered all of my questions so I can make a good decision for myself. She was patient, honest, and worked hard to earn my business. The owner Julia answered my email right away. The office staff was nice to talk to. I can tell that everyone in the office work hard and happy to assist their clients."

"I was recently searching for cheaper car insurance online, and Samantha Searcy contacted me right away to start the process. My son recently turned 16 and now has his own vehicle, and she was able to insure us both, for both my vehicle and his, for cheaper than I had been paying with another company for just my vehicle alone! Samantha was extremely patient with me while I reviewed and tweaked things and kept in touch in a very helpful, not at all pushy, manner. "Horrible service. Switched to another agent after she tried to charge me two deductibles for a windshield. Had never made a claim in over 30 years. Very inept group."

Only our claims department is able to determine how many deductibles are applied. Our local agent’s office assist with the communication with claims.
